Goals

In the last article, I hinted that Deliverables should not be delivered in the name of success. They are important and that's why we should get them done immediately. They don't guarantee nor predict the success of the after event.

These Deliverables usually sound S. M. A. R. T.

Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Realistic
Time bound.

My alternative chooses a new paradigm.

A Goal is a clear purpose as to why one should take a risk.

In designing a motivating goal, one must expect the losses otherwise they don't understand the goal itself.

This will save the executive like you, the baggage of unecessary action and focus energies on the results.

Goals - are the reason we have our eyes on the ball.

What does this mean for you?
