DLSD Alternative

It was 5.00 in the Morning.  I had more days remaining than money to payday.  Since I couldn't manage my Uber fees, I decided to Jav and buy breakfast instead.  However, the stretch from the heart of upperhill to Harlinghurm is not from the faint hearted.   I kept asking myself, I know I can make more money if I stopped being too agreeable. These people make money they know my value, but why is my past always interfering with my future.  How do I seize my moment and charge through the nose?  I also want to be careful because I have seen a lizard and coachroach in my overnight bath water! Whatever transpired, They must have missed their moments. 

Your work is where you put your priorities. Work is where you commit Time and Money. In your work, you are interested in outcomes not incomes. It's not a side hustle, it's about who you are becoming. Your work is the main thing.  In fact, Work is an expression of who you are! The alternative is your Job. Trade your time for income.  It's a wish for the transformation of some other entity apart from you. Your job is a transaction and nobody cares as long as the tasks are done. 

What is the meaning of all these hustle in life? I know some of us want more money to buy convinience. ACCESSORIES!  Best car, cool beer, kickass brochures and Supreme jackets, and expensive medical care.  Majority of us are in a Status war. We want to be viewed differently. We want to have a good reputation. To be celebrated. Perhaps a fame of our own CLASS. I AM BETTER IF NOT BETTER OF.  Yes... For the most part, we are in to make a lifestyle statement. This is our living standard.  But for what? I believe the alternative is to know, that RELATIONSHIPS are an end in themselves. I LEARN A NEW SKILL to connect to people that care. I Get money as an entree to reach people in a different economy class.  My presence is just to make a human connection. Should I gain all and miss the hearts of the matter? People matter. 

I really never understood why an employer would spend hundreds of thousands of shillings on office rent whilst paying ten of thousands in salaries.  I always thought it's insane to pay more for an employee Uber than their salary. If you are reading this you probably already know an employer who pays more for office internet than the wage of half of the employees. At some point I was an intermediary for some third party software whose monthly subscription was more than my salary plus allowances. But now I get it... The secret is in the perceived value in the eyes of the guy with the deep pockets. Look around, if there is electricity, water, people sitting in their cubicles. Hapo Kuna pesa. Prove you can provide good ROI and then charge like there is plenty of money around. 

*Author and Finisher* Writing is no mean fit. Sometimes, you are not sure about your own quality, until it's done. You may not get any feedback, when it's good. But often, when its bad, you will get it back with all your errors highlighted in red. I always get scared. Anxious and overthink, just before I start, coz, I don't know how it's going to end. I hate it, when I have lots of instructions to follow. Especially in a short life ~paper~ . Same is  with any endeavor of life. Starting a new business, falling in love, taking an exam, starting a gospel conversation... You have no idea of  the quality of your Authorship, neither your End. Interesting! In all your ways, acknowledge Him, he is the Author and Finisher. Gudde 🌻

Money is not a nice to have in a real economy. It's required in a man's world.  As a young man, you realize you were born with nothing that anyone needs if it's not refined in an economic sense. Even natural talents need Academic investment to bring out your very best.  There is always a price to pay. And all men must pay. You can just be a nice guy. You gotta be a money guy to operate.  That's is the reality we have created for ourselves. Everything you do in an effort to display the quality of your decisions will be weighed against a dollar standard.  Whether you should loose all value to gain a piece in this world, is really a calculated move. You simply, can't have it all.
